For all airport or ferry terminal pickups, the driver will have a board with your name on it in clear writing. The driver will be waiting at arrivals area. For Hotel and resort pickups, the driver will come into the hotel lobby or reception area and will wait there. If you can not find your driver, just call the number on the booking confirmation and we will check the status for you.

We check the status of flights before we pickup, if a flight is delayed, we'll there at the rescheduled time.

Please check with your airline for the recommended check-in time for your flight. Phuket Airport is quite large, so we recommend arriving at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights.

There are no extra charges at all. The price is fully inclusive.

Yes, our cars are fully insured. We advise all visitors to have their own travel insurance though to cover any eventuality. For your bags and possessions, we will not be liable for any losses.

Travel time from Phuket Airport to Phuket Town is usually under an hour. However, it’s always best to allow some extra time in case of delays. Traffic in Phuket can be quite heavy at times, which may add an extra 15–30 minutes to your journey.

All our drivers speak enough english to communicate the basics.

We do not make any stops at tour agents or tourist shops to try to sell you anything.

If you do need a toilet break, just let the driver know and they will stop at the next convenient service area.

Sedan: 1–3 passengers, SUV: 1–4 passengers, Minivan: up to 6 passengers. If there are more than 6 passengers in a minivan, an additional charge of 60 baht per extra person applies.
